Analyses of heat dissipation of direct-cooling backsheets of crystalline silicon photovoltaic modules at ambient temperatures

چکیده
The working temperature of the crystalline silicon photovoltaic (PV) module seriously restricts cell efficiency and lifetime. Therefore, it is great significance to investigate cooling effects PV modules. Recently, introducing nanostructures into polymer backsheets obtain direct-cooling due enhanced heat conduction radiation characteristics, has become a new trend for technology. In this paper, we study backside thermal properties by combining energy balance equation optical simulations. power effect are calculated compared between standard backsheet three types typical ambient temperatures. structure parameters encapsulating mode mainstream commercial cells adopted in simulations calculations. influences parameters, i.e, transfer coefficient emissivity, on process operating discussed detail. We hope that may provide certain reference future design PV-direct-cooling backsheets.
